Mindfulness Skills

"Learning to Drive the Machine Better"

Mindfulness Stress Reduction to overcome psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, panic, adjustment issues, anger issues, and chronic pain management, etc.

The sense of freedom that you get from Mindfulness practice comes not so much from a need to control thoughts, sensations and emotions, but rather from the experience of not being controlled by them. Mindfulness Stress Reduction is practical and to the point.

As a psychologist I help people overcome psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), adjustment disorder, etc. I also help people with stress management, pain management, and anger management as well as relationship counselling.  Mindfulness is amongst other things practical psychology.
